I. GARDEN PERSPECTIVES

Through the first series of readings we get a historical overview from the perspective of an Curator/Art Historian, Artist/Researcher, and Garden Historian. We can conclude with a discussion of upcoming readings and particular interest in the group.

Just a reminder, the first Urban Foraging Reading Group meeting is tomorrow afternoon...

- To kick off the reading group we will listen to clips from "Patterns of Plants" by Mamoru Fujieda.
- As soon as we are settled we'll review the 3 readings. (Anyone can volunteer to lead/begin the discussion.)
- Lastly, we can discuss the groups' interests & suggest/shape the readings for future meetings, So if new reading suggestions arise please bring them!

There is coffee/tea at a $2 donation.

Would anyone like to suggest an anthropological perspective to add this weeks reading? Something re: agriculture or foraging.

Fixed the links. The PDFs should be ok now. The Matilsky file is large 15mb to preserve the color plates, the others are smaller.

The Public School is looking to schedule the classes now.
